Conditions
- Founders club benefits are per person, not per household.
- Free beers in the founders tier are limited to one beer per visit per day. There is a general limit of 150 beers per year.
- Private notes are not an equity stake and do not confer voting rights in the organization of the company. Note holders are open to communicate ideas and concerns with the owner, but final business decisions are always made by the owner. Note holders have no direct management of company staff, hiring decisions. or corporate vision & culture.
