Fred Hirsch

Fred Hirsch is a Wyoming native being born on FE Warren AFB, here in Cheyenne, but grew up as a “military brat” experiencing life in both the US and Canada. Some activities he loves living out west include, camping, fishing, and hiking during the warm months, but also has an artistic side with his hobbies including photography and playing the drums. He began his home brewing journey in 2011 while he was living in Canada after discovering his liking for New Belgium’s “Fat Tire”, with many trials and errors his passion for home brewing blossomed! Fred is a certified beer judge and has rated several thousand beers in the last 11 years, homebrew and commercial.
